Programs
This page contains some useful programs I've made. They are guaranteed to be free of viruses because I am not a dick. You can email me and I'll send you the source code (if I still have it) if you don't believe me.
Most of them are in visual basic because I'm a lazy bastard, so if you don't have VB you'll need to download some DLLs to run them. Use google.
So I was a little bit bored and needed to calculate a standard deviation. I decided it's been a while since I played with Perl,
so I whipped up a little perl script that's five lines long, and outputs both mean average and standard deviation.
To use it, simply type a list of numbers that you want to standardly deviate as command line arguments when you run the program.
Perl_Stddev.zip
It's about time I posted this. It was my Independent Study final project in Perl, and it is the board game "Go" as a command-line interface. You choose a board size (19x19 is standard) and players take turns placing their Go stones until one of them runs out of moves or they both pass.
There are two files in the archive, and you should run "perl main.pl" to begin playing (assuming you have perl installed). The other file, draw.pm, is a package that draws the gameboard.
Perl_Go.zip
This is not a program I wrote, but rather a folder full of all the programs your high school probably deleted from the computers to prevent you from being unproductive. It includes FreeCell, Hearts, Solitaire, Sp
ider, Mine Sweeper, and as a bonus, Power Calculator, Volume Control, Regedit, and Task Manager.
Games.zip
I decided to put this program up here when I remembered that I wrote it a good while ago. It is useful in situations where you need to click something an immense amount of times (such as in a net sending war). Basically, you tell it a delay in seconds (which can be a very small decimal) and position the mouse over where you want to click and hit enter, and it clicks away until you manage to maneuver the mouse back over to the stop button. There's also a "test button" the function of which I have forgotten.
clicker.zip
This program I didn't actually write, but I modified it heavily.
Basically, it runs in the background, and if you hit the windows button+Z, it types out whatever is in C:\message.txt, and if you hit Windows+Shift+Z, it types out C:\message2.txt
It's really useful if your wireless keeps going out and you have to keep asking people to repeat what they just said, or if you need to fill in the same form a lot of times.
Here is a list of the special key codes you can use.
Convenience.zip
This program is the shortest program in my entire armory, and took the least amount of time to make, yet it one of the most useful.
I wrote it after I discovered that it is really hard to see my keyboard when it is pitch dark during one of my covert ops, or for unauthorized midnight programming sessions.
All it really does is put a bar of white on the bottom of the screen, which creates enough light to see your laptop's keyboard in the dark. This could just as easily be achieved many other ways, but it is much easier to simply click "flashlight.exe" in my quick-launch menu.

I present to you... Ascii Encrypter 2.2!!!
Need to pass something under the nose of a fascistic monitoring system? I'm here to help, with Ascii Encrypter 2.2. It works like a one time pad, by combining the text with a key that is mathematically subtracted on the other end. In the new version, it includes a file encrypter (only works on text and html), and drag/drop capability for the file encryption window. Enjoy!
Ascii Encrypter 2.2
This program will get you an "A" in English class GUARANTEED! *
It will print your name on pieces of looseleaf paper! Just print out an alignment sheet, and choose exactly where on the paper you want to print, and your name, set it to 200 copies, and you've got your own special ream of paper.
This program is also very effective at preventing moochers from stealing your notebook paper, which was a constant problem for me before I wrote this.
Version 2.0 prints out a much more comprehensive alignment sheet, and gets rid of the functions that are just taking up space
Heading Maker 2.zip
*Guarantee is not guaranteed.
This program will make a message pop up on the computer screen of anybody on the network, provided you know the name of their computer or username.
As most of the computernerds already know, you can obtain the same result by typing "net send hammonca What's up?" in the Run box, but this program makes the process much more streamlined, plus you can repeatedly click the send button to flood their screen with popups.

If you need a program written for any purpose,
E-mail me, and I will help you if I bloody well feel like it. I know PHP, Perl, Java, C, some HTML/CSS, and a little VB.
